  1. Very interesting article with some good points made. I’m intrigued but not convinced about the main topic. ‘Unlocking your hip flexors’. I can see that it may be good practice but don’t see how it affects weight loss.

      Our modern lifestyle contributes to obesity and our diets do a lot of damage as well. Most people don’t live active lifestyles these days and why most people are overweight!
